These Terms form a legally binding contract once we confirm your order. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

3. Accounts

You may need to register for an account to access certain Services.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept secure online payments via debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other providers.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Where a payment plan is offered:
- Installments must be paid on the agreed dates.
- If payment is more than 10 days late, access may be suspended.
- If payment is more than 30 days late, your enrolment may be cancelled.
- All payments already made are non-refundable.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes of Mind

Digital Courses & Programs: You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a refund, provided substantial content has not been accessed. Once digital content has been made available in your account, your right to cancel is lost.
Devices: Refunds and returns are covered by UK consumer law and our Returns Policy. Faulty devices are protected by a two-year warranty.
Feel Great Program: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, unless substantial program content has been accessed.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request in writing.

6. Services and Products

Courses & Programs: These are educational and designed for personal development and wellbeing. They are not substitutes for medical or psychological advice.
Wellness Devices: These are general wellbeing tools, not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

7. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services and materials we provide, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and only in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Use:
- Commercial use, or use on behalf of any third party, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by us in advance and in writing.
- Any breach of this licence will result in its immediate termination without prior notice, in addition to any other legal rights available to Empowered Transformation Ltd.
Ownership of Content:
All copyrights, trademarks, trade names, designs, “look and feel” of our website and Services, intellectual property, and all other materials (including but not limited to software, code, headers, images, text, illustrations, formats, logos, designs, icons, photographs, music, downloads, and videos) (collectively, the “Content”) remain at all times the property of Empowered Transformation Ltd and/or its licensors.
